Become a Children's Soccer Coach and Inspire Kids!At Super Soccer Stars, we are dedicated to making soccer fun and accessible to children of all ages. As a Soccer Coach, you will teach young children ages 2-12, helping them develop their soccer skills and confidence while fostering a love for the game. This opportunity is for specifically for children 6-12 for summer half day morning camps. Prior experience working with children is a plus.About Us:With over 20+ years of experience, Super Soccer Stars has become the largest youth soccer program in the U.S. Our curriculum is designed to engage children and promote physical activity in a positive, non-competitive environment. Join our passionate team and make a difference in the lives of young athletes!Job Responsibilities:Conduct energizing and fun soccer classes for children aged 2-12Use age-appropriate drills and games to teach soccer fundamentalsLearn and deliver soccer curriculum provided by Soccer StarsProvide individual attention to each child, ensuring skill development and personal growthCreate a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for all participantsInteract positively with children, parents, and staff to maintain open communicationCompensation:Pay ranges $20-$25 per hour for Youth Coach, $25-$30 per hour for Lead Coach.Initial 2-3 weeks on the job training from $20 per hour.RequirementsExperience working with children (coaching, teaching, childcare) preferredMust have a passion for sports and a desire to inspire young athletesStrong communication skills and the ability to connect with childrenFlexible to work mornings, afternoons and weekendsAbility to travel to various class locations (up to 45 minutes away)CPR certification is a plus, but not requiredMust be at least 18 years of ageWillingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local lawsBenefitsFlexible schedules to fit your lifestyleOn-the-job training and ongoing professional development
