This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being a true culture carrier within a collaborative office and is excited to grow alongside a dynamic firm.This role is ideal for someone looking to build longevity within a firm and become an integral part of the team over the next several years.ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day front desk operations and maintain a polished, welcoming reception areaGreet visitors, clients, investors, and portfolio company partners with professionalism and warmthCoordinate conference room scheduling, setup, catering, and upkeepPartner closely with the administrative team on guest arrivals and front-of-house logisticsSupport the Office Manager with daily office operations and administrative projectsHandle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, messenger services, and deliveriesMaintain office, kitchen, and supply inventory; coordinate vendor orders through Staples, Amazon, FreshDirect, etc.Coordinate reception-related services including floral deliveries, daily lunches, and cateringLiaise with building management and facilities regarding maintenance requests and office needsProvide light administrative support including calendar coordination, expense processing, document preparation, and data entryManage visitor records and building security system entriesAssist with planning team events, volunteer days, holiday parties, and other internal initiativesTake on additional operational and administrative responsibilities over timeQualifications2–5 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, hospitality, or administrative roleOpen to candidates from hospitality, corporate, professional services, or investment environmentsStrong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligenceWarm, reliable, proactive, and highly professional demeanorExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask in a fast-paced, in-office environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to pitch in wherever neededInterest in building longevity within the role and firm
