Job Description Position SummaryWe are actively recruiting direct hire CDL Class A Drivers that offers strong and reliable earnings and consistent routes; this is not a drop-and-hook role, as drivers load at the origin and unload directly into customer locations using hand trucks or dollies, making it an ideal long-term opportunity for professionals who take pride in their work, value customer interaction, and want a stable, high-earning career with excellent benefits starting day one.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform pre trip and post trip inspections and complete DOT reportsSafely operate a tractor-trailer on routes and at customer sitesLoad and unload product using hand trucks or dollies (touch freight)Deliver product directly into customer locations and verify delivery accuracyInspect bills of lading, store access keys, and delivery documentationMaintain ELD or manual driver logs in compliance with DOT regulationsAccurately document delivery receipts, temperatures, and exceptionsEnsure product integrity, including temperature sensitive itemsCommunicate professionally with store managers and customer staffRepresent a well-run operation with professionalism at all delivery locationsQualifications & SkillsValid Class A CDLMinimum 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer experienceAbility to meet MVR, background, drug screen, and safety standardsPhysically capable of performing touch freight deliveryComfortable working overnight routes and extended shiftsExperience with ELD systems (People Net preferred)Employment Type & CompensationEmployment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire | Permanent placement with employer \Pay Rate: $90,000 - $95,000 + yearlyApplication Window: Open until filledWork ScheduleTeam routes | 3 runs per week | 18–24 hours | Home weekendsRegion: MN, ND, SD, WI, IAApplication Window: Open until filledCompany Benefit Package – Effective Day OneMedical, dental, and vision insuranceFSA / HSA optionsCompany paid life insurancePaid holidays, Vacation and sick time accrual Day One401(K) with profit sharing after 90 daysEmployer InformationThis position is being recruited by NCW on behalf of a client company.
