The Opportunity
We're looking for a driven Project Manager to lead customer success and advanced projects in the San Joaquin Valley. You'll work closely with growers and food processors within the S&M team to manage a portfolio of SaaS clients and Professional Service projects, own deliverables, and improve processes. This role offers the chance to impact clients by advocating for their needs and shaping our product roadmap through advanced projects such as NEM3, OpenET, Regenerative Ag, etc. Ideal candidates have a deep understanding of the energy sector and a passion for agriculture.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with Program Director and Tech Support to deliver Professional Service projects.
Absorb technical knowledge and become a superuser of AgMonitor focusing on Energy & Water.
Support existing clients through digital transformation and own customer success (Level 7-10).
Follow up with meetings and leverage our SaaS platform to provide actionable insights.
Articulate our value proposition and demonstrate measurable impact (USD/kWh, kWh/AF, Ton/AF).
Collaborate with R&D team and product manager on advanced projects (CEC, CDFA, or GSA) to solve real-world challenges and prototype new features.
Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with clients and partners.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
3+ years of experience in the food sector or energy services; exposure to AI is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Crop Science, Environmental Science, or Engineering.
Experience working with messy real data using statistical tools (Excel, R, or Python).
Familiarity with utility rate structures and irrigation systems; exposure to batteries is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM or support ticketing systems.
Comfortable working with colleagues at our Fresno office and on-site with customers.
