The Lead Carpenter will oversee and execute various carpentry projects, including framing, finish carpentry, and custom woodwork. Responsibilities include managing construction sites, working with power and hand tools, interpreting blueprints, and leading a team to complete projects on time and to high standards. The role also involves coordinating with clients and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Qualifications Proficiency in carpentry, including framing and finish carpentrySkilled in the use of power tools and hand toolsStrong understanding of construction best practices and building codesLeadership and team management skillsAttention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanshipAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsReliable transportation and the ability to commute to Waukesha, WIPrevious leadership or supervisory experience in construction is a plus
