Data Science and Analytics Intern

Intel Foundry - Advanced Packaging Technology and Manufacturing (APTM) is seeking an Intern in Data Science and Analytics to join our operations team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large-scale datasets using statistical methods and programming techniques. Working closely with system software engineers and semiconductor IT engineers, you will help uncover patterns, insights, and key failure signatures that drive informed business and manufacturing decisions in advanced packaging. You will leverage cutting-edge data tools to analyze complex datasets, enabling users to better interpret results, inventory status, and improve overall manufacturing performance.
