The Client Relationship Manager will report to the Director, Senior Client Relationship Manager. Responsibilities:Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key personnelManage the day-to-day operations and servicing of group retirement plan clientsOn an ongoing basis, maintain compliance calendar for each client to ensure timely execution of required annual compliance tasksFacilitate client (plan sponsor), and participant inquiries and service requests in a proactive mannerMeet with clients (board members, committees, and C-suite executives) to conduct plan review meetingsManage pre and post client meeting tasks: preparation of meeting material (plan health reports, investment reviews, plan design, compliance, legislative updates), post-review meeting minutes, plan amendments, fund changes etc.)Coordinate plan support services (audit support, 5500's, NDT testing) with home office to ensure services are delivered timely and accuratelyEngage in client retention and growth objectives within assigned book of clientsSeek opportunities for client service model enhancements and identify opportunities for increasing plan contributions (payroll integration, plan design enhancements, etc.)Work closely within the regional team to coordinate appropriate delivery of MOA servicesWork with Plan Sponsor and Participant Account Specialist to design participant education campaignsConduct group education presentations, enrollment presentations, and participant 1:1 meeting to the employees of a client when needed (when Participant Account Specialist is unavailable)Leverage existing client relationships for new opportunities within the regionAttend client events (with regional team) to enhance relationshipSalesforce upkeep (input client contact data, update plan information, manage client tasks).Required Qualifications:Excellent business writing, presentation, and public speaking skillsComfortable presenting in front of groups & C-suite executivesClient relationship management experienceAbility to handle pressure, prioritize, and multitask during a business dayAbility to work flexible hoursActive FINRA Series 6, 63 and SIE or must be obtained within the first year of employmentActive State Life and Health Insurance License (in all states covered) required or obtained within first year of employmentValid driver's licensePreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's DegreePrior work experience in group retirement plan industryKnowledge and understanding of corporate/group retirement plans (403(b), 401(k) and 457 plans) including: retirement plan design, investment monitoring, plan administration, compliance testing and enhanced understanding of retirement plan rules & regulations.What we offer you:Competitive base salaryAnnual BonusComprehensive Benefits Package (medical, dental, and vision) that starts day one of employment401(k) Match: 100% Employer Match on up to 6% of employee contributions (Salary and Incentive Comp)Parental Leave: 8 weeks fully paidPaid time off: 20 days plus two floating personal holidays The salary range below describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this role.
