Who This Role Is ForIndividuals with a strong sales and service-oriented personality dedicated to superior customer interaction. Professionals with a minimum of two years of retail banking or retail sales and service experience. Candidates possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities. Detail-oriented individuals capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Team members willing to adhere to strict security, compliance, and retail banking policies. What Youll DoMaintain a high level of understanding of all bank products and services. Provide superior customer service by building interpersonal relationships and addressing customer needs. Sell and refer Bank products and services, actively participating in sales promotions. Perform all banking transactions, including opening accounts, deposits, and various payments. Act as a teller, performing financial transactions and balancing the cash drawer as needed. Understand and adhere to security, compliance, and retail banking policies and procedures. Comply with all aspects of Bank Secrecy Act responsibilities, including CTRs and CIP. Participate in community projects and organizations as requested. What Were Looking ForStrong interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. General personal computer knowledge; prior experience with banking applications preferred. Ability to handle multiple priorities and strong attention to detail. Sales and service-oriented personality. Must be available to work Saturdays and evenings on a rotating basis. High School Diploma or equivalent.
