With our collaboration with Dynamic Minds Academy, we offer a unique hybrid model that combines evidence-based therapies with educational services, ensuring continuity of care and positive, lasting outcomes for our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesSpecialized Evaluations: Conduct thorough assessments of occupational needs in children with ASD, adaptable to outpatient and school-based environments.Tailored Treatment Plans: Develop individualized plans and/or IEPs, focusing on client-specific needs.Evidence-Based Practice: Deliver interventions targeting motor deficits, self-regulation challenges, and daily life skills.Collaborative Approach: Engage with our multi-disciplinary team to ensure consistent, high-quality care.Training Role: Educate RBTs and Behavior Guides on occupational development, offering client-specific guidance.Leadership: Guide Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants, ensuring excellence in patient care.QualificationsEducation: A Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field.Licensure: Must possess and maintain an Indiana Occupational Therapy license.Experience: Preferably two years, with a focus on ASD in ages 5-21.
