Job Description Full-Time | In-Person | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PMWe are a fast-paced, high-volume law firm seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our legal team. This is a full-time, in-office role ideal for someone who is organized, adaptable, and thrives in a collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day administrative support to attorneys and staffMaintain and organize case files (physical and electronic)Assist with subrogation tasks and follow-up as neededContact medical providers and other vendors to request records and verify balances on client casesPrepare, edit, and proofread correspondence and internal documentsAssist with scheduling, time entry, scanning, filing, and general clerical dutiesManage internal communications while maintaining strict confidentialityQualifications2+ years of administrative experience (legal or professional services preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skillsAbility to work independently in a high-volume environmentProfessional communication skills with staff, clients, and outside vendorsTeam-oriented, dependable, and detail-focusedWhy Join UsSupportive, professional legal teamStable weekday schedule — no weekendsHands-on, in-office role with room to grow as the firm expandsNote: Job duties may evolve as the firm grows; any changes will be communicated in advance.No phone calls, please.
