Lead Front End Developer

AWS: someone who can understand. Everything is already setup. Infrastructure has already been setup. Springboot Java API's - Just someone who can call already existing API's. Previous Lead experience - (Flexible here if they have good experience) This is for a Lead engineer front end heavy, 100% UI. This person has to be hands-on. Working on complex UI experience in React. Needs experience as a lead and working with the business really closely. Need experience designing the components. The Project is to build an Internal Self Service Portal. 50% of the work will be hands on and 50% will working with team and driving the project, code reviews, mentoring other members of the team and working with the business. Top 5-10 Responsibilities for this Position: Perform all phases of software engineering including requirements analysis, application design, code development and testing Design and implement product features in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders Design reusable components, frameworks and libraries Work very closely with architecture groups and drive solutions Participate in an Agile/Scrum methodology to deliver high-quality software releases every 2 weeks through Sprints Design and develop innovative solutions to meet the needs of the business Review code and provide feedback relative to best practices and improving performance Troubleshoot production support issues post-deployment and come up with solutions as required Mentor and guide other software engineers within the team Ideal Candidate Background: Good to have health care experience Skills/Attributes Required:6 to 8 years in the software engineering profession. Minimum 3 years of Programming Experience in JavaScript/ReactJS/Redux, Complex micro UI framework, Java/Sprint boot micro API services, React Native. Minimum 2 years' experience with cloud infrastructure using Azure/AWS.Demonstrated success designing and building high-quality commercial software applications. Proven experience delivering software using an Agile/Scrum methodology. Expertise across the entire Software Development Life Cycle. Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
