Machine Operator

Our client, in Thorp, WI an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking dedicated and motivated Production Machine Operators to join their team. As a Production Machine Operator, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting a dynamic and collaborative team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and a proactive attitude. Job Title: Production Machine Operators Location: Thorp, WI Pay Range: $19.00 - $22.50 1st- M- TH 5:00am-3:30pm with, overtime as needed Fridays 2nd-M-TH 3:25pm – 1:55am M-TH , overtime as needed Fridays What's the Job?  Read, understand, and follow production schedules  Set up and adjust equipment  Gather materials as needed  Perform quality checks  Operate motorized equipment (i.e. forklift, lifts, etc.) as needed Perform minor preventative maintenance and operator care as required  Perform housekeeping duties  Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned  What's Needed?  one-year experience in a manufacturing setting High School Diploma or GED preferred Basic computer skills and familiarity with measuring tools like tape measure and caliper Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, kneeling, and standing for extended periods What's in it for me?
