Springpoint is seeking a LivWell Coordinator to join our team!
The LivWell Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing resident programming pursuant to the Springpoint LivWell philosophy.
Responsibilities:
Plan and adapt programming for varied levels of physical and mental ability.
Assist/co-lead/chaperone classes, programs and trips where needed.
Offer support to resident run committees and groups.
Create and distribute monthly activity and special event calendars, flyers, and other communication materials.
Attend meetings as required.
Maintain a safe environment for all programs/classes.
Maintain a warm, welcoming, encouraging attitude toward residents, visitors, and co-workers.
Education and Experience:
Baccalaureate degree and/or equivalent experience including a minimum of two (2) years of paid full-time experience working with older adults in residential, clinical or community-based setting.

This position requires 30 hours a week and includes one weekend shift. The pay for this position is $22.
