Verizon Team Member
Elevate is hiring a full-time Verizon Team Member in Dania Beach, Florida. This is a W2, commission-only outside sales position focused on promoting and enrolling customers in Verizon telecommunications services through face-to-face, direct customer interactions.
This role is ideal for individuals who are driven, competitive, and looking to grow within the telecommunications and outside sales industry. You will work in local territories, engaging with residential customers and generating new business through door-to-door sales and community outreach.
Compensation: This is a commission-only role with average first-year earnings between $65,000 – $85,000+, based on performance. Earnings are uncapped and directly tied to individual results.
What You’ll Be Doing (Day-to-Day Responsibilities):
Conduct outside sales and door-to-door prospecting in assigned neighborhoods
Promote and sell Verizon products and services, including internet and wireless solutions
Engage customers through face-to-face interactions and consultative sales techniques
Generate leads, close sales, and manage customer acquisition efforts
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
Track sales activity, manage a pipeline of prospects, and follow up with customers
Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and competitor offerings
Represent the Verizon brand with professionalism in the local community
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in outside sales, direct sales, or customer-facing roles is a plus
Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a commission-only, performance-driven environment
Self-motivated with a competitive and goal-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently in a field / territory-based role
Reliable transportation required for local travel
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
