CUSTOMER FIRST is our #1 core value and we seek a talented, enthusiastic, and customer focused individual to join our Lancaster, PA location.What You'll DoThe Branch Sales Representative plays a crucial role in driving sales and building strong relationships with customers by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing accounts and achieving company, territory and branch revenue goals.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, foster loyalty and repeat businessProactively identify opportunities for expanding the customer base and increasing market shareAssist customers in person or over the phone and prepare accurate and detailed quotations for products based on clients specificationsConfirm orders are input and processed correctly and sales transactions are completed accuratelyPick customer orders from warehouse storage areasMake deliveries to customer locations on an as-needed basisCollaborate with customers to understand their evolving needs addressing customer inquires, concerns and issues promptly and professionallyGather and analyze customer feedback and preferences to provide insights for product or service improvementsCollaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive solutions that align with customer requirementsStay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, competitive landscape and market development through continuous learning and training programsContinuously renew your knowledge of company offerings, features and benefitsIdentify areas for improvement and implementing best practices to enhance overall branch efficiency and productivityMonitor health and safety policies/regulations in the branch environmentAssist in keeping facility clean, neat, safe, and operating efficientlyWilling to work some overtime when neededOther duties as assignedRequired for SuccessHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver's licenseSuccessful sales abilitiesStrong computer skills and ability to navigate in Eclipse softwareProficient written and verbal communications skillsProblem-solving abilities and strong organizational skillsAbility to effectively communicate with customers, various departments and vendorsSelf motivated and willing to work with othersDetail-orientedWhy You'll Love UsThis is a full-time position which includes a competitive wage and our full benefits package.
