KFO Legacy FoundationTitle: National Program Director - DinnersCompensation: $300k - $500k annual salaryLocation: Hybrid / Washington, D.C. & New York City | Travel Required⸻OverviewKFO Legacy Foundation is building a national platform of private, invitation-only dinners across major U.S. cities, designed to convene family offices, operators, and strategic partners in support of high-impact philanthropic initiatives and global programming.We are seeking a National Program Director - Dinners to design, manage, and scale this system across the United States.This is a high-visibility operations role for a candidate capable of executing a multi-city program with precision, speed, and accountability. You will work closely with leadership to ensure consistent execution across all locations while maintaining alignment with the Foundation’s broader mission and initiatives.⸻KFO Legacy FoundationKFO Legacy Foundation operates alongside KFO Family Office as part of a dual-architecture system, supporting philanthropic deployment across initiatives including Vanguard, GRIDWORX, 10B, and other NGO-aligned programs.Through curated events, strategic partnerships, and programmatic execution, the Foundation builds networks of influence that support both social impact and long-term institutional alignment.As National Program Director, you will play a central role in scaling one of the Foundation’s core engagement platforms.⸻PositionThe National Program Director will oversee the rollout and execution of private dinners across multiple U.S. markets, ensuring consistency, quality, and operational control at scale.This role requires a systems-oriented operator who can manage multiple stakeholders, coordinate across cities and time zones, and maintain a high standard of execution across all program touchpoints.Key responsibilities include:• Overseeing rollout of 3–12+ private dinners per month across multiple U.S. cities• Managing and coordinating hosts, ambassadors, and NGO-aligned operators• Ensuring all dinners are scheduled, staffed, confirmed, and executed on time• Building and maintaining centralized tracking systems for invites, RSVPs, attendance, and follow-up pipelines• Standardizing dinner formats, materials, and operational flow across all locations• Coordinating logistics at a systems level, not hands-on execution• Supporting the development of larger events including galas, summits, and conferences• Maintaining alignment between dinner programs and broader Foundation initiatives⸻Who This Role Is ForYou are:• An experienced operator who has managed multi-location programs or field operations• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-driven• Comfortable coordinating across cities, time zones, and diverse stakeholders• Able to manage multiple moving parts without losing control• Direct, proactive, and comfortable holding others accountable⸻Preferred Backgrounds• Political campaign field operations• Nonprofit program or regional leadership• Private membership organizations or curated event platforms• High-end hospitality operations (at a systems level)⸻What This Role Is Not• Not an entry-level role• Not a pure event planning or coordination position• Not a marketing or branding role⸻Why Join KFO• Direct exposure to a rapidly scaling national platform• Opportunity to build and own a multi-city operational system• Access to a network of family offices, operators, and strategic partners• Clear path from contractor to full-time leadership role• Competitive compensation with performance-based upside⸻How to ApplyIf you are ready to take ownership of a national program, operate at a high level, and contribute to a growing platform, we’d like to hear from you.Please submit:• Resume or LinkedIn profile• Brief note outlining your experience managing multi-city operations and why this role is a fit
