Our client is seeking a high-impact analytics leader to drive revenue integrity, decision support, and financial performance inside a hospital environment.This role sits at the heart of financial strategy—partnering with executive leadership to optimize pricing, reimbursement, and profitability across the organization.💡 What You’ll Be Doing:Lead revenue integrity and decision support strategy across hospital operationsAnalyze payor performance, pricing, and reimbursement trends to identify optimization opportunitiesOwn revenue forecasting, budgeting, and monthly variance analysisDevelop data-driven insights to guide executive decision-makingEnsure accuracy and reliability of financial data across Epic/Soarian and reporting systemsIdentify opportunities tied to ROI, case mix, and revenue optimizationPartner cross-functionally with finance, operations, and clinical leadership✅ What Sets You Apart:Experience in hospital-based financial analytics, decision support, or revenue integrityStrong understanding of payor behavior, reimbursement strategy, and healthcare financial performanceAdvanced skills in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)Proven ability to independently analyze data and uncover financial insightsExperience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and executive financial reporting🚫 This role is NOT focused on billing, collections, or traditional revenue cycle operations.💰 Compensation:$150K–$160K📍 Location: Hybrid (Birmingham, AL — 4 days onsite / 1 remote)This is an opportunity for someone who doesn’t just run reports—but asks the “why,” challenges assumptions, and drives smarter financial decisions across the organization.📩 Interested?
