Your CareerAs an Account Executive focused on Telco East, you will drive new business across telecommunications carriers and East Coast technology companies at an inflection point. Network modernization, 5G infrastructure buildout, fiber expansion, and post-merger integration are generating real demand for workflow transformation at scale. Your primary territory covers East Coast Telco accounts including Verizon, Brightspeed and other carriers managing infrastructure complexity where ServiceNow's operational and IT workflow capabilities have a direct and demonstrable impact. East Coast Tech accounts serve as a secondary coverage layer for the right candidate with cross-vertical experience. If you have existing relationships inside Telco, understand how network operators buy, and know how to navigate long sales cycles in regulated industries, this role is built for you.Your ImpactBuild and execute a territory plan anchored on East Coast Telco accounts, with selective coverage of East Coast Tech accounts as pipeline and relationships warrantDevelop and maintain relationships with CIO, COO, CFO, and VP-level technology buyers at carriers and infrastructure companiesLead account strategy by mapping stakeholder relationships and coordinating a virtual team across Solutions Consultants, Solutions Specialists, Customer Success, and Alliance partnersPosition ServiceNow and AI-enabled workflow solutions against Telco-specific operating challenges: network operations, field service management, infrastructure lifecycle, and workforce transformationLeverage the ServiceNow partner ecosystem -- including co-sell motions with ServiceNow's Telco sales team -- as a structured pipeline pillar, not a supplementary channelMaintain a qualified pipeline and deliver accurate biweekly forecasts to sales leadershipMonitor competitive dynamics, platform developments, and sector trends relevant to Telco and adjacent Tech buyersYour Experience4 to 6 years selling ServiceNow solutions or competing platforms, with direct experience selling into telecommunications carriers or infrastructure companiesExisting field-level relationships with technology buyers at East Coast Telco or infrastructure accounts; carrier experience is the non-negotiable filter for this roleDemonstrated ability to sell consulting and advisory services alongside platform solutionsFamiliarity with Telco operating environments: OSS/BSS, network operations, field service, and the integration debt that follows M&A activity in the sectorExperience with AI and agentic workflow positioning; ability to translate platform capabilities into operational outcomes a carrier buyer will act onProven track record of building pipeline independently, including through alliance and partner channelsComfortable managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders across technical and commercial functionsEast Coast based; willingness to travel to client sites across the territoryEducation and CertificationsBA/BS in Business, Technology, or equivalent experienceServiceNow certifications preferred; Telco industry credentials a plusWe Take Care of Our PeopleNewRocket is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. We value and celebrate diversity, believing that every employee matters and should be respected and heard.
