You will inspire a high-performing team, cultivate influential partnerships, and drive revenue across all segments while elevating the hotel's presence within the community.Simply put: you bring the energy, strategy, and connections that keep the hotel buzzing.What You'll Be DoingDevelop and execute a bold, strategic sales and marketing vision that drives revenue, market share, and brand presenceAnalyze market intelligence, competitor performance, and demand trends to identify opportunities and position the hotel for successLead innovative revenue and pricing strategies including group thresholds, market mix optimization, and demand forecastingBuild meaningful relationships with corporate clients, lifestyle brands, event planners, and local tastemakersProactively source and secure new business across key segments including corporate, group, social, and experiential eventsCollaborate closely with Revenue Management and Operations to ensure strategies translate into resultsConduct engaging and memorable client site experiences that showcase the property's personality and potentialLead contract negotiations and client agreements with creativity, confidence, and commercial acumenChampion the hotel's brand voice and ensure every partnership and sales effort reflects the spirit of the propertyWhat Success Looks LikeA vibrant sales culture driven by energy, creativity, and accountabilityStrong client relationships and a growing network of brand advocatesRevenue strategies that consistently outperform the competitive setA hotel recognized in the market as the place to stay, gather, and celebrateExperience & Background5+ years of hotel sales leadership experience, preferably within lifestyle, boutique, or soft-brand hotelsProven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales goalsStrong understanding of hotel revenue strategy, market segmentation, and group businessExceptional relationship builder with strong negotiation skillsBachelor's degree in hospitality, marketing, business, or related field preferredAbout First HospitalityFounded in 1985 and based in Chicago, First Hospitality is a forward-thinking hotel development, investment, and management company with a reputation for performance and innovation.We believe in creating value through bold thinking, exceptional service, and a people-first culture.
