Job Title: Customer Support - Picture Day CoordinatorJob Type: FT/Salaried, Non-exemptThis is a full-time, year-round position. During our peak season, flexibility is appreciated, including expected overtime of up to 50 hours/week as needed from August-October and some early or variable start times from July-November.Picture Day Starts With You!Customer Support plays a vital role in bringing JostensPIX (JPIX) Picture Day events to life. Supporting both our Operations and Sales teams, you'll help prepare, organize, and execute memorable school experiences from start to finish. We're looking for proactive team members with exceptional customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for creating smooth, successful events. Join our fast-growing division and help deliver picture-perfect days for schools and students!YOU WILL:Assist. Work with JPIX teams for any operational or support activities to meet and exceed customer expectationsEngage. Establish and build relationships with school contacts, utilizing a phone first approachServe. Provide pro-active customer service to schools, sales reps, and internal partners?Decide. Produce accurate, immediate decisions based on real-time information to adjust resources as changes occurDevelop. Build deep rooted partnerships with key customer resourcesYOU HAVE:Education. Associate degree in business or service field or combination of education and equivalent experienceExperience. 2-3 years experience in successful customer relations work including handling inbound and outbound callsProficiency. Working level experience with the Microsoft Office suiteEnthusiasm. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing a variety of operational needs while maintaining strong attention to detailConfidence. Excellent verbal and written communication skillsYOU ARE:Determined. Able to multi-task and work both independently and in a collaborative environmentSavvy. Comfortable with technology and learning new software applicationsOptimistic.
