Administrative Assistant Location:Conshohocken, PA A leading private equity firm is seeking aTemp-to-Perm Administrative Assistantto join its growing Philadelphia-area office. This is a newly created position with strong long-term potential in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The Opportunity This role will support a junior investment team while also collaborating with colleagues in New York. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a high-performing team. Additional Details Compensation: $8090K base + discretionary bonus Hours: 8:30am5:00pm with flexibility as needed Hybrid schedule: onsite MondayThursday, remote Friday Key Responsibilities Calendar management and complex scheduling Travel coordination and expense management Providing remote support to NY-based team members Assisting with ad hoc administrative needs across the office Qualifications Team-oriented with a no task too big or too small mindset Highly organized with strong attention to detail Confident communicator who takes initiative and asks questions when needed Positive, professional attitude An interest in data automation or improving administrative processes is a plus, as there will be opportunities to support related initiatives.
