Duties including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, power washing, scrubbing, dusting, and sanitizing.General janitorial duties within offices, restrooms and breakrooms.Complies with all Lomar security procedures when monitoring non-Lomar employed truck drivers and/or visitors.Orders sanitation and maintenance supplies as needed. Adheres to all food Safety and general safety guidelines and performs work in a safe manner.Secondary ResponsibilitiesAttends departmental and company meetings.Assists with setup/teardown of large group meetings.Performs duties of a Warehouse Generalist when needed.Other duties as assigned by management.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And Worker CharacteristicsPromotes a safe work environment by use of all proper personal protective equipment. Must have the ability to solve practical problems with a variety of variables with limited standardization; interpret instructions.Ability to identify problems, develop and execute solutions.Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers.Have the ability to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions; write identifying information; request supplies verbally or in writing.Education And ExperienceNo education or experience requirementsPhysical RequirementsVisual requirements include vision from less than 20 inches to more than 20 feet with or without correction, depth perception, color vision, and field of vision.Must be physically able to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally; exert up to 20 pounds of force frequently; and exert up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.Must be able to perform the following physical activities: Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions.Working ConditionsMost of the duties of this position are performed in a warehouse environment, but the employee will be exposed to an outdoor setting.
