Nanny

We are a family seeking an experienced, reliable, and proactive nanny to help care for our two young children (4-year old and 7 months old).Around 20 to 30 hours per week. Both parents in the home most of the day, so we are looking for someone who is confident managing a structured, engaging, and nurturing environment while also being comfortable working alongside parents throughout the day.This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys child development, creating routines, encouraging independence, and planning enriching activities for young children.Responsibilities- Help children get dressed and ready in the morning- Prepare and serve breakfast and lunch- Infant care including diaper changes and feeding support- Plan and engage in activities at home appropriate for developmental stage- Take children to local activities such as parks, libraries, museums, zoo, etc.- Prioritize time outdoors - Support emotional development, confidence, independence, and healthy routines- Maintain a safe, organized, and positive environment for the childrenIdeal Candidate- Significant childcare/nanny experience with multiple young children- Warm, calm, confident, and emotionally intelligent- Assertive and proactive without being overly rigid- Highly reliable, organized, and safety-focused- CPR and First Aid certified- Clean driving record and reliable transportation- Comfortable working in a home where parents are present during the day- Understanding and supporting of emotional expectations of each child  Some days may involve caring for both children, while other days may focus primarily on one child depending on schedules and activities.We are looking for someone who wants to become a trusted and valued part of our family’s support system long term.If interested, please apply with:- Relevant experience- Certifications- References- General availability
