You’ll provide a safe and loving environment that nurtures the social, emotional, cognitive, creative, and physical development of each child by coaching and assisting the teachers. Responsibilities Assist teacher with lesson plans that are balanced and appropriate to development levels Document observations and coaching of teachers Maintains positive informal and formal communication with families and teachers on a daily basis Maintains a safe, comforting and stimulating environment for children and teachers Facilitates and maintains childcare licensing standards Friendly and a desire to work as a team in a rewarding, fast-paced environment Qualifications Two years of previous experience in a licensed early childcare center Strong verbal communicator with an upbeat personality who is comfortable and excels with speaking to parents Energetic, nurturing, positive, child-friendly personality Shows initiative; strong work ethic Director's Credentials This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
