Duties Safely operate various warehouse material by loading, unloading, and transport materials. Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners and manual handling techniques to fulfill customer requests efficiently. Load and unload shipments with precision, ensuring proper handling of all materials in accordance with safety protocols. Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and updates using inventory management systems. Assist with shipping and receiving tasks by verifying shipment contents, inspecting for damages, and preparing items for dispatch. Follow OSHA safety standards and company policies to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues. Support warehouse operations by organizing storage areas, managing material flow, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures. Heavy Lifting Skills Proven experience in warehouse distribution, order picking, shipping & receiving, and materials handling. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations including inventory management and manual handling techniques. Ability to use RF scanners accurately for order picking and inventory updates. Basic math skills for measuring, counting, and verifying shipments or inventory quantities. Excellent adherence to safety protocols aligned with OSHA standards; commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
