Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Lombard, IL, for a Production Manager at TORQ Coatings. The Production Manager will oversee daily operations, manage project timelines, coordinate installation teams, and ensure quality standards are consistently met. Responsibilities also include managing inventory, maintaining equipment, and collaborating with the sales and customer service teams to meet client expectations. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot technical challenges on-site. QualificationsProven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, train, and guide team members effectively. Experience in project management, scheduling, and inventory management with attention to on-time delivery and operational efficiency. Technical expertise in construction, coatings, or flooring systems, with the ability to identify and resolve on-site challenges. Strong organizational and communication skills to support collaboration with clients, team members, and other departments. Commitment to quality assurance and safety standards in workplace and project execution. Proficiency in using relevant technology or software to manage operations and track project progress. Prior experience in coatings or construction industries is preferred but not required. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or technical training in related fields is a plus.
