Relationship Manager III

Relationship Manager III Corpay is currently looking to hire a Relationship Manager III within our Corpay division. This position falls under our Corporate Payments line of business. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall management of a book of assigned accounts based in regional states, focused on Corpay and our Corpay corporate payment products. The Relationship Manager is accountable for the maintenance, growth and increased profitability of existing business, the cross-selling of new business, renewals and the strategic direction of assigned accounts. You will report directly to Vice President of Sales and regularly collaborate with Corpay field sales team.As a Relationship Manager, Corpay will set you up for success by providing:Full, office set upCompany-issued equipment + remote accessFormal, hands-on trainingThe responsibilities of the role will include:Strategically Consultative Advisor: retain portfolio base at 100% and secure cross sell of Corpay product and serviceEstablishing and maintaining strong relationships with all levels and key personnel within the client's companies; ensure Corpay has senior management contactsDemonstrating marketing and technical expertise through: Client assessment of approach, resources, and contacts as needed to complete RFP's and ensure clients are satisfied with Corpay products and servicesCoordinating and influencing superior customer service delivery by developing and maintaining strong intercompany relationships.Liaising with internal departments using superior communication skills to ensure the assigned client's needs are satisfied by raising and resolving areas of concern and ensuring all are aware of changes within clients.Developing and monitoring client financial performance including renewal planning, negotiation and profitability levelsLeading quarterly business reviews, best practices, industry information and new business at client site visitsProviding feedback to management on market trends as represented by our clientsMaintaining a high level of FinTech and payment processing knowledge as well as client's industryGrowing existing programs by understanding existing procedures and uncover where efficiencies can be madeCreating and maintaining a collaborative team of internal & external stakeholders to drive customer spend (Account Management, Sales, Finance, Accounts Payable, implementation, project management and IT teams)Qualifications & Skills:3-5 years of in FinTech or payment processing.Experience in dealing with clients directly.Confident, self-motivated individual with 1+ client management or sales experience handling complex clients maintaining positive relationshipsStrategic thinker and ability to understand various client's businesses, technology and financialsStrong data analytics experience with data analysis; ability to diagnose, strategize growth of existing portfolioAn excellent communicator with good presentation skills with proven track record of establishing & maintaining relationships at C levelA team player with superior organization and multi-tasking skills that can define, structure and prioritize work and influence internal stakeholders and most of all, the desire to learn and succeed.Enjoys a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and processes strong negotiation skillsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Salesforce.comBenefits & Perks:Medical, Dental & Vision benefits available the 1st month after hireAutomatic enrollment into our 401k plan (subject to eligibility requirements)Virtual fitness classes offered company-wideRobust PTO offerings including major holidays, vacation, sick, personal, &volunteer timeEmployee discounts with major providers (i.e. wireless, gym, car rental, etc.)Philanthropic support with both local and national organizationsFun culture with company-wide contests and prizesEqual Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer:Corpay is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The estimate of the minimum and maximum salary range is $75,000 - $100,000.
