Online Sales Consultant

Position OverviewMaronda Homes is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Online Sales Consultant to serve as the primary connection between digital lead traffic (website, social media, and third-party platforms) and our on-site sales teams.This role is responsible for responding to inbound inquiries, providing timely and accurate information, qualifying prospects, and converting leads into scheduled appointments. As the first point of contact, the Online Sales Consultant plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and shaping the buyer's first impression of Maronda Homes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management & ConversionRespond promptly to all inbound leads via phone, email, and digital platforms (target: within 15 minutes)Qualify prospects and maintain consistent follow-up until an appointment is securedSchedule and coordinate on-site appointments with community sales teamsGuide prospects to the most suitable communities, floorplans, and offeringsCustomer ExperienceDeliver a high-quality, personalized experience for all prospectsBuild rapport and trust through effective communicationEducate buyers on communities, products, pricing, and incentivesDirect customers to appropriate resources or team members when neededCRM & ReportingMaintain accurate and up-to-date lead records in the CRM systemServe as a subject matter expert on CRM usage and best practicesTrack and report lead activity, conversion rates, and performance metricsAnalyze data and provide recommendations to improve lead conversion and customer experienceUtilize company reporting tools to ensure visibility into daily performanceCollaboration & Team SupportPartner closely with marketing and on-site sales teams to ensure a seamless customer journeyMaintain current knowledge of all communities, products, and incentives within the divisionSupport team initiatives and complete additional projects as assignedExercise sound judgment and independent decision-making in customer interactionsRequirementsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesAvailability to work evenings, weekends, and extended hours as neededAttendance at all mandatory meetingsTravel: 5-10 days per quarterBilingual (English/Spanish) preferredQualifications & SkillsStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyProficiency with CRM systems and digital communication toolsAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyPositive attitude and ability to engage with diverse personalitiesStrong internet and technology proficiencyEducation & ExperienceAssociate degree OR3+ years of relevant professional experience OREquivalent combination of education and experiencePhysical & Work EnvironmentPrimarily remote with occasional travel to communitiesAbility to operate a computer and communicate extensively via phone and digital toolsMust be able to lift and carry up to 25 poundsEEO Employer
