Onboarding Program Manager

For Onboarding Program Manager include but are not limited to:Executive Onboarding Operations: - Coordinate end-to-end onboarding logistics for new executives, partnering closely with Executive IT, Corporate IT, Places, - Security, Executive Assistants, HR Business Partners, and other cross-functional teams. - Ensure executives have the systems, equipment, workspace, access, and resources needed before Day 1. - Coordinate executive onboarding schedules, stakeholder meetings, and onboarding activities during the first 90 days. Global Onboarding Operations: - Support the operational delivery of Global New Hire Orientation and Manager Onboarding programs. - Coordinate onboarding schedules, logistics, communications, and program operations across multiple regions. - Partner with Learning Operations, AV teams, and facilitators to ensure successful delivery of onboarding sessions.
