In this role, you'll apply fire-resistant materials to structural building elementswork that directly protects lives, buildings, and communities. Job Requirements:Apply fireproofing materials to required thicknesses with efficiency and minimal overspray or wasteOperate and maintain fireproofing equipment and paint pumps (Graco, Titan, Hy-Flex, Putzmeister, Cool, mixers, etc.)Set up, clean, and maintain hoses, pumps, and trade-related equipmentRecord daily cup-weights to ensure maximum yield and proper adhesionSafely work from lifts, ladders, and scaffoldingFollow OSHA standards and Kaloutas safety procedures safety is non-negotiableMaintain a clean, organized, and professional job siteCollaborate with teammates to deliver high-quality results on every projectWhat We're Looking For:2 years of relevant experience-paint sprayer, foam insulation sprayer, construction experienceOSHA-10 required (OSHA-30 is a plus or willingness to obtain)Experience with construction sites and a solid understanding of construction basicsAbility to read structural blueprints and spray chartsValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to Pass a Background Check Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ateam-first mindsetAbility to lift equipment and work on your feet throughout the dayWillingness to travel throughout the New England regionWhy You'll Love Working With UsCompetitive pay:$25-35/hour, based on experienceFull benefits package , including: 65% paid family health insuranceDental & visionPaid life insuranceShort- & long-term disabilityFSA & dependent care benefits401(k) with company matchPaid time offA company thatpromotes from withinand invests in employee growthA supportive, respectful environment where your voice and experience matterA culture built ondoing quality work, staying safe, and getting better every dayCome join a company culture focused onservice, safety, employee growth, and innovation where your work truly makes a difference.
