The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys client interaction, and brings strong attention to detail.Compensation Salary starting at $55,000, with potential for higher compensation based on experience and qualificationsKey ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute dinner seminars and client events, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site supportAssist with lead conversion through timely follow-up and client communicationDevelop and support new lead generation funnels to drive qualified prospectsServe as a primary point of contact for incoming calls and inquiries, ensuring a professional client experienceSupport social media efforts to maintain a consistent and compliant brand presence within the financial industryMaintain and update client and prospect databasesAssist in executing marketing campaigns and initiatives aligned with financial services objectivesQualifications1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, or customer-facing roles preferred (financial services experience is a plus)Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skillsDetail-oriented with a professional, client-focused mindsetFamiliarity with social media platforms, CRM systems, and basic marketing toolsWork EnvironmentPrimarily office-basedAvailability for evening events up to five times per month requiredAdditional InformationThis is a financial marketing role within a wealth management firmApplicants may be asked to complete a Kolbe A™ Index assessment as part of the hiring process
