If you want to connect with the Montrose Community, use the experience and education you have gained, and find the joy of changing the world, you will love hospice care.SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Ensure communication with, and among, team members related to all patient care information and processes.Responsible for front desk "reception" dutiesResponsible for clerical tasks related to patient care processes with an awareness of regulations and policies.Responsible for coordinating the general needs of the office, ordering of supplies, maintaining office equipment, preparing for meetings including audio/visual equipment.Responsible for audit and reporting on scanned EMR documentsSupervise and train office volunteers assisting at reception desk.Provides input for semi-annual review of the Montrose Processes Handbook as related to position responsibilities.QUALIFICATIONSExperience in general computer usage, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel and WordDemonstrated expertise and knowledge of medical records systemGood secretarial and organizational skillsGood relational skills on a personal level and on the telephoneExcellent communication skillsOutstanding customer service skillsValid Colorado driver's license and unlimited access to reliable transportationCommunicates in a manner that can be understood by othersPay and Benefits:Hourly pay: $17.63 - 19.50Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance effective the first of the month following start dateColorado Family and Medical Leave Insurance (FAMLI) programImmediate accrual of PTO and medical leaveEmployer paid life insuranceEAP & DisabilityColorado Family and Medical Leave Insurance (FAMLI) program403b Retirement plan with up to 3% employer match15% discount at Spoons Bistro & Bakery, and Heirlooms locationsAt HopeWest, we hold strong core values that are followed internally with staff as well as in the daily care of our patients & their loved ones.
