Job Description PickerJob Summary:Responsible for accurately picking products and materials from inventory to fulfill orders and production requirements.Duties:Pick products and materials according to pick lists or work orders.Verify SKU numbers, quantities, lot numbers, and expiration dates when required.Use scanners or inventory systems to accurately track picked items.Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies.Prepare picked materials for packing or shipment.Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Meet productivity and accuracy goals while following company procedures.Requirements:Previous warehouse or picking experience preferred.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to follow written instructions.Basic inventory and warehouse knowledge.Ability to lift and move materials safely.Strong organizational and teamwork skills.As part of onboarding, all Spotters complete a background check through our screening partner.
