We partner closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations to ensure contracts are accurate, compliant, and efficiently managed. As we modernize our tools and processes, we’re also exploring how AI can enhance speed, quality, and consistency across our workflows.This Co‑op role is designed for students who enjoy solving problems, working with data, and learning how technology supports real‑world business operations.Role DescriptionAs a Contracts Management Co‑op, you will support day‑to‑day operations of the contract lifecycle while contributing to strategic initiatives that improve efficiency and data quality. You’ll work hands‑on with Pramata (our Contract Lifecycle Management platform), assist with reporting and analytics, and help develop job aids and process documentation—especially around the use of AI in contract management.This role is ideal for students interested in business operations, legal operations, data analytics, or process improvement.What are some interesting problems the student will work on?They’ll help solve real operational challenges like improving contract data accuracy, streamlining workflows, and uncovering insights through reporting.
