The Program Manager will provide overall program leadership, resource management, staffing oversight, risk management, and customer engagement while ensuring successful delivery of all contract requirements.This individual will serve as the senior management lead responsible for project oversight, reporting, staffing coordination, budget management, issue resolution, and quality assurance across multiple concurrent technical initiatives.The ability to obtain/retain a Public Trust level clearance is required for consideration.Key ResponsibilitiesLead overall program execution and delivery for all support servicesServe as primary interface with leadership, including Contracting Officer (CO), Oversight Manager (OM), and Technical Monitors (TM)Manage staffing, scheduling, task assignments, and contractor performanceOversee deliverables, reporting, risk management, and issue resolutionDevelop and maintain resource management plans and operational proceduresSupervise technical teams supporting business intelligence reporting, web development, and data analysis activitiesEnsure quality assurance standards are implemented across all work productsSupport staff development, mentoring, and training initiativesCoordinate program communications and executive-level reportingEnsure projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with agency’s mission objectivesRequired QualificationsMinimum 10 years of project/program management experience or PMP certificationMinimum 5 years supervising teams of 5 or more personnelMinimum 8 years managing information technology projectsMinimum 5 years of progressive experience in:Data mappingData transformationsData profilingFile conversionsData analysisDemonstrated experience leading large, complex technology projects for Financial services organizationsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience managing budgets, schedules, staffing, and risk mitigation activitiesAbility to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders and technical teamsDesired QualificationsExperience supporting FDIC or other federal financial regulatory agenciesExperience managing business intelligence/reporting programsFamiliarity with WebFOCUS, Tableau, SQL Server, and Oracle environmentsExperience supporting Agile and modern software development methodologiesCompensation:Salary Range: $175,000 – $200,000 annually (The salary range provided is a good-faith estimate and may vary based on the candidate’s experience, education, certifications, and geographic market.)Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) with employer match; paid time off; professional development opportunities.Candidates may use tools (including AI) for proofreading or formatting; however, using any tool to fabricate, exaggerate, or misrepresent qualifications, experience, or work product is not permitted.
