Tour our facility and experience the difference firsthand.Responsibilities responsible for planning and providing an ongoing program of activities for residents and patients in a short-term rehabilitation, sub-acute care, and long-term care center, that encourage physical, mental and psychosocial well-being.Qualifications Two (2+) years of social or recreational program experience within the last five years (one of which must have been full-time in a residential activities program in a health care setting) OR Completion of a state approved Therapeutic or Recreational Activities training program OR Must qualify as an Occupational Therapist or Occupational Therapy Assistant.
