End Date: March 2027Schedule: Day ShiftHours: Full-Time | 40 hours/weekLocation: Santa Clara, CA 95051Job Code: MSP Req #36823994Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Manufacturing Technician - JST Technician to work on-site with our client, a global leader in electronic measurement and testing solutions. This role supports the Order Fulfillment organization and focuses on optical component handling, surface quality inspection, cleaning processes, and production reporting in a precision manufacturing environment.As a W2 employee of Tekberry, you will have access to health benefits.Responsibilities:Load and unload optical components into and out of fixtures following established work instructionsInspect surface quality (SQ) of optical parts to ensure cosmetic and quality standards are metPerform cleaning and inspection of optical components and assemblies using approved solvents and proceduresSafely work with and around solvents and acids in accordance with safety protocolsHandle delicate optical components such as lenses, mirrors, and prisms with care and precisionAccurately report production completions and updates using Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft TeamsFollow written and verbal work instructions while maintaining high quality, safety, and housekeeping standardsCollaborate effectively with technicians, engineers, and cross-functional team members Must-Have Qualifications:Experience working in an electronics manufacturing or light industrial environmentFamiliarity with handling optical components such as lenses, mirrors, and prismsStrong attention to detail with the ability to identify surface quality or cosmetic defectsAbility to safely work with solvents and acids while following safety and PPE requirementsExcellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterityAbility to read, follow, and communicate work instructions clearly in English (read, write, speak)Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft TeamsReliable, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively in a team-based environment Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience in optical inspection, cleaning, or precision manufacturing environmentsExperience working with fixtures, jigs, or basic manufacturing toolingFamiliarity with surface quality inspection standardsWe need hard-working, reliable employees.
