Key Responsibilities Support Teams Rooms (MTRs) deployments and ensure optimal configuration and user experience Act as the first line of expertise for customers, resolving issues quickly and effectively Conduct network readiness assessments and provide guidance on Teams core features and administration Required Qualifications 5+ years in customer-facing roles in Unified Communications or IT consulting Proven experience with Teams Phone and MS Teams Rooms (MTRs) Strong understanding of network dependencies for Teams media flows Deep familiarity with Teams as a platform and proficiency in MS 365 services Experience with troubleshooting tools for Teams devices and call quality
