Front Desk Team Member – We Rock the Spectrum Kids Gym Part-Time | 20 hours per week | Weekday afternoons + Weekends We Rock the Spectrum Kids Gym is a fun, inclusive indoor play space designed to support and celebrate ALL children. We are looking for energetic, outgoing, and reliable team members to join our crew! This is not a sit-behind-the-desk job. Our Front Desk Team Members are active, engaged, and hands-on, helping ensure every child and family has an amazing experience from the moment they walk in the door. What You’ll Do Provide excellent customer service to children and families Greet guests, check in customers, manage waivers, and handle transactions Help supervise children in the gym and ensure safe play Run open play sessions, birthday parties, school break camps, and Parents’ Night Out events Assist with setting up and cleaning up activities, crafts, and events Maintain a clean and organized gym environment throughout the day Support teammates and contribute to a positive team atmosphere Follow all safety and gym policies Who You Are You love working with kids and helping families feel welcome You’re upbeat, outgoing, and enjoy engaging with people You’re active & comfortable being on your feet and moving around You’re responsible, punctual, and comfortable multitasking You’re excited to be part of a team where everyone pitches in You can work weekday afternoon shifts and weekends Great Fit For: Moms College students Individuals interested in education, therapy, childcare, recreation, or hospitality Anyone who thrives in a fun, high-energy environment Requirements Must be 18 years or older Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and safely move around the gym Experience with kids or customer service preferred.
