Established plaintiff-side practice with a steady, built-in caseload Strong support staff so attorneys can focus on legal work, not admin Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives Clear long-term growth and advancement opportunities Job Details Responsibilities Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement or trial Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances Evaluate liability, damages, and case strategy Communicate regularly with clients and provide case updates Negotiate with insurance carriers and defense counsel Work collaboratively with support staff and attorneys to move cases efficiently Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active Illinois Bar license and in good standing Experience handling plaintiff-side personal injury matters preferred Ability to manage files independently and prioritize deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Client-focused mindset with strong attention to detail Interested in hearing more?
