About the CompanyWe're seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst who is passionate about building and maintaining competitive, equitable pay programs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with compensation strategy, benchmarking, and partnering with the business—while leveraging data as a tool, not the primary focus.About the RoleYou'll play a key role in supporting compensation initiatives, advising stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with market trends and company philosophy. The role is contract through the end of January 2026 with the possibility of going permanent.ResponsibilitiesSupport the design, analysis, and administration of compensation programs, including base pay, incentives, and salary structuresLead participation in compensation surveys and apply market data to inform pay decisions and internal equityMaintain and enhance salary bands, job leveling, and benchmarking frameworksPartner closely with HR, Finance, and business leaders to provide guidance on compensation decisions and offersAnalyze compensation trends and provide insights to support strategic planningAssist in compensation cycle activities such as merit increases, promotions, and adjustmentsQualificationsStrong experience in compensation analysis, benchmarking, and program supportSolid Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas); exposure to reporting tools is a plus but not the primary focusUnderstanding of compensation structures, pay philosophy, and market pricingAbility to translate data into practical recommendations for business partnersCollaborative mindset with a focus on supporting stakeholders and driving consistency5-8 years of progressive experience in compensation, with strong emphasis on analyticsBachelor's degree in human resources, finance, economics, data analytics, or related fieldRequired SkillsThis is a high-visibility role with global exposure, offering the opportunity to contribute to meaningful compensation initiatives while working cross-functionally across the organization.Pay range and compensation packagePay: Up to $60/hour (flexible based on experience)Equal Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity.
