This role plays a key part in helping our sales team win new business and maintain strong customer relationships through high-quality, visually compelling content.Position SummaryThe Marketing & Design Specialist supports the sales team by creating high-quality marketing materials, managing digital content, and maintaining brand consistency across all platforms. This role is responsible for the execution of marketing initiatives, including graphic design, content creation, and website updates. The ideal candidate is highly creative, detail-oriented, and responsive to the needs of a fast-paced sales organization. This position focuses on delivering impactful, sales-enabling content rather than high-level marketing strategy.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesDesign and produce marketing materials including sales collateral, presentations, one-pagers, and proposalsPartner with the sales team to create customized client-facing materials and pitch decksManage and update website content, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand standardsCreate and schedule content for social media and other digital channelsMaintain brand consistency across all internal and external communicationsSupport email marketing campaigns, including design and content developmentCollaborate with internal teams to gather content and develop marketing assetsEdit and format documents, presentations, and graphics for professional useTrack and organize marketing assets for easy access and reuseAssist with light analytics tracking (e.g., campaign performance, engagement metrics)CompetenciesStrong graphic design and visual storytelling skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlinesStrong communication and collaboration skillsCustomer-focused mindset with a sense of urgencyCreative problem-solving abilityAdaptability in a fast-paced environmentEducation/ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field2+ years of hands-on experience in marketing, graphic design, or content creation rolesExperience supporting a sales organization or creating client-facing materials strong preferredProficiency in design tools such as Adobe Create Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and/or CanvaStrong understanding of digital marketing metrics and performance tracking
