This is a hands-on, onsite role where you'll gain exposure to enterprise-level systems and work closely with experienced IT professionals—an ideal environment to grow into advanced technical roles.ResponsibilitiesProvide first-line support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and collaboration tools.Assist with setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware and software.Support remote access and basic network connectivity issues.Help maintain and operate A/V equipment for meetings and presentations.Document issues and elevate complex problems to senior technicians.Deliver professional and courteous service to all users, including executive staff.
