Senior Program Integrator (CUAS)

Job Description:Job SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Program Integrator (Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems - C-UAS) to support a critical defense program focused on delivering integrated C-UAS and weapon system capabilities. This role is central to coordinating complex, multi-functional efforts across engineering, logistics, business, contracts, and operations to ensure effective program execution within a system-of-systems architecture. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, and a proven ability to support senior program leadership in high-visibility environments.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram CoordinationLead and coordinate program activities to ensure alignment with program objectives and portfolio-level prioritiesProvide direct support to Program/Product Management leadership, ensuring execution aligns with acquisition goals and mission needsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate system components effectivelySupport compliance with acquisition statutes, policies, and regulationsAssist in tailoring and executing acquisition processes to meet program intentSystem-of-Systems Integration Support integration of diverse missile defense, integrated fires, and C-UAS systems into a cohesive system-of-systems architectureCoordinate with technical experts to ensure interoperability and operational synergy across platforms and componentsCritical Analysis and Problem Solving Anticipate leadership needs and apply strong analytical skills to resolve routine and complex program challengesDevelop and implement strategies to mitigate technical, schedule, and performance issuesDefine, manage, and refine program requirements in alignment with mission objectives, evolving threats, and stakeholder prioritiesRisk Management Identify and assess risks related to integration, cost, schedule, and performanceDevelop and execute effective risk mitigation strategiesStakeholder Communication Serve as a primary coordination point for government, contractor, and internal stakeholdersProvide regular updates on program status, milestones, and challenges through established reporting mechanismsFinancial Oversight Coordinate with finance teams to monitor program budgets and ensure compliance with financial controls and reporting requirementsSupport access to appropriate contract vehicles to meet mission needsQuality Assurance Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure delivery of reliable and effective weapon system capabilitiesPerform additional duties as assignedRequired Qualifications DAWIA Program Management Level III certificationActive Secret security clearanceBachelors degree in engineering, project management, business, or a related field with 18 years of experience, or a Masters degree with 10+ years of experienceProven program management experience within the defense industry, particularly in missile defense or related systemsStrong understanding of DoD acquisition processes, policies, and regulationsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skillsPreferred Qualifications Experience supporting DoD or Army programs and working with defense industry stakeholdersKnowledge of emerging technologies related to missile defense and C-UAS systemsWorking Place:Huntsville, Alabama, United StatesCompany :2026 Jan 29th Virtual Fair - Radiance Technologies
