Gap Claims AdjusterThe GAP Claims Adjuster examines and adjust Guaranteed Auto Protection (GAP) Claims to include coordinating all claims related activities and processing payments of claims to lenders in a call center environment. Functions: Gathers and assembles pertinent claim information by contacting lenders, auto dealers, borrowers and/or agents and ensuring the completeness and accuracy of documentation for processing Calculates claim proceeds in accordance with the GAP Contract coverage by analyzing and reviewing borrower's loan history, MSRP/NADA valuations and primary carrier's coverage documentation Responsible for fielding calls from customers, lienholders, and insurance companies while providing excellent customer service Submits claims calculations and supporting documentation to management for payment approval Requests additional documents to assist in the determination of a claim Job Requirements: Must be available to work a shift between 7am-7pm Monday-Friday Proven leadership capabilities Planning, organization and prioritization Analytical problem solving Management control Interpersonal sensitivity Understand and follow protocol for the proper lines of communication Clear understanding of company mission and values Ability to work independently and as part of a team ****Amynta and its affiliates (BTIS, Clearview, Guardsman, PDP, Etc.) will never ask for your personal information via Google Hangouts, nor do we conduct job interviews via Google Hangout or instant messenger.
