Program Development Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and versatile Program Development Manager with proficiency in both RPG and Java programming languages. The ideal candidate will have proven experience developing and maintaining applications on the IBM i (AS/400) platform. This role involves analyzing user requirements, designing robust solutions, and supporting business critical systems to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability.Required Qualifications5 years of IBM i (AS/400) programming experience. Hands-on programming experience with: RPG IV ILE RPG Free-Form RPG CL (Control Language) Proficiency in Java and enterprise application development. Experience with database design, optimization, and maintenance using: DB2 for i SQL Experience developing and integrating IBM i applications with external systems using: APIs or REST web services or SOAP web services
