Molding Operator

Department: Manufacturing & Distribution - General LaborLocation: Ashtabula, OHDescriptionThe Molding Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating rubber molding presses to produce quality molded parts according to production schedules and customer specifications. This role includes preparing molds, loading and unloading materials, monitoring press cycles, inspecting finished parts for quality, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
