We deliver strategic programs and services that unite our organization.Work you'll doGeneral responsibilities:Manage stakeholders and build relationships: Develop and maintain key relationships with Deloitte member firm and Deloitte Global stakeholders to deliver on global and local succession planning and board readiness strategiesCreate materials aligned with succession management and board readiness: Manage working groups leveraging existing experience/skills in relationship building, needs assessments, creating/sourcing relevant materials, facilitation, and activation supportTrends and innovation: Stay up to date on internal and external succession and boardroom trends and leading practices-identify and explore opportunities to incorporate and activate innovative solutions that address identified gaps and opportunities in succession, board readiness, and executive leadership developmentCommunications: Develop and deliver creative and effective communication campaigns to communicate value and engage leaders and partners on succession and board readiness topicsDemonstrate a willingness to proactively pitch in and participate as an engaged member of the L&CD portfolio management team, including supporting portfolio-wide and outside COE activitiesSpecific responsibilities:PPMD Experience:Create leadership framework tied to DTTL Cultural Outcomes and behaviors for DTTL leaders.Develop a structured guide that defines key leadership expectation areas, desired behaviors, measurable performance indicators, and maps each expectation to the relevant DTTL Cultural Outcome.Deliver a guide that provides clarity and consistency for PPMDs and serves as a practical foundation for development and performance conversations.Translate expectations into measurable goals. Create specific, actionable goals tied to each expectation area. Specify evidence sources and success criteria so leaders and reviewers can objectively assess performance and align on leader goals to DTTL's strategic priorities.Support activation through talent and business levers to enable performance.Work cross-functionally with other DTTL People & Operations COEs, HR Business Partners and Business Unit leaders to design interventions (development plans, coaching, role design, incentives) that support leaders in meeting expectations and driving cultural outcomes.Own roll‑out, drive adoption, stakeholder engagement, and tools (templates, conversation guides, training).Monitor adoption, measure impact, facilitate governance, and manage continuous improvement of framework and guide by collecting feedback to achieve alignment with evolving priorities and leader needs.Succession management:With the sponsorship of Deloitte's Global CEO and Global Board Chair and in partnership with the Global Chief People & Purpose Officer, support succession management for the Global Executive and MF CEOs in alignment with the Global Succession StandardsManage the creation and maintenance of role profiles for the Global Executive Committee-Extended Team, including consistent, objective role success criteriaManage activities to identify, validate, and report on a robust pool of succession candidatesMaintain and distribute Succession Planning Toolkits to Executives comprising role profiles and a successor tracker templateSupport annual, rolling four-year outlook of new CEO opportunities and facilitated succession planning discussions with in-scope MF/Geo CEOsLead preparation and delivery of periodic updates for the Global Chief People & Purpose Officer, Global CEO, Global Board Chair, Global Executive and Global BoardGlobal Board Readiness Program management:Manage the Global Board Readiness Program calendar, track nomination and participant lists, deliver kick-off calls and administer pre- and post-program assessmentsLeverage network relationships to support non-executive director (NED) opportunity sharingManage creation of status updates, program metrics and materials for executive stakeholders, including aggregating Deloitte member firm/geography data to enable global reportingDesign and deliver program communications campaigns and materialsBoard readiness local track support activation in Deloitte member firms and geographies:Manage Board Readiness Community of Practice (GBRCOP), including scheduling calls, preparing agendas and on-screen slides, taking notes and supporting delivery of follow-up actions/materialsMaintain intranet and SharePoint materials, administering user groupsManage interactions with Deloitte member firm and geography points of contact including scheduling, preparation and delivery of 1:1 calls with individual Deloitte member firms/geos as a trusted business advisor in support of local delivery of standard program elementsThe teamThe Global (DTTL) People team supports our talented, forward-thinking professionals with a broad range of development, well-being, and engagement programs to enhance their professional and personal journeys.
