Our organization, a physician-led multispecialty group with over 120 providers, is in search of an OBGYN Residency Program Director located in Fresno, California.We are affiliated with a highly regarded medical center that has been recognized as the Best Regional Hospital by U.S. News & World Report's 'Best Hospitals' rankings. The region also offers convenient air travel options with direct flights to major hubs, excellent educational institutions, and a strong sense of community.The Program Director will be responsible for organizing, coordinating, and overseeing the integrated OB-GYN Residency Program at our medical center, ensuring compliance with ACGME requirements. This role involves staying updated on clinical advancements in OBGYN and actively engaging in professional activities that enhance resident training, both in clinical and educational settings. The Program Director will provide leadership and guidance to OBGYN residents during their didactic and clinical training. This is a full-time role, comprising 0.5 FTE dedicated to program directorship and 0.5 FTE in clinical practice.Key Requirements:Extensive knowledge and experience in graduate medical education within an ACGME-accredited teaching hospital and OBGYN program.A minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Program Director within the last five (5) years, or at least three (3) years as an Associate Program Director during the same timeframe.Strong communication skills to effectively interact with resident physicians, teaching faculty, hospital administration, and other staff members.A genuine enthusiasm for leadership development and mentoring residents.A valid and unrestricted medical license from the California State Medical Board, along with current OBGYN Board Certification.COMPENSATION PACKAGEOur organization provides a competitive salary and benefits package that includes:A salary guarantee for three yearsA salary range of $350,000 to $400,000Relocation assistanceComprehensive benefits including health, vision, and dental insurancePaid malpractice insurancePaid time off and holidaysA retirement savings program
