Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Silverhill, AL, for an HVAC Lead Installer. The HVAC Lead Installer will oversee and participate in the installation, replacement, and maintenance of HVAC systems. Responsibilities include ensuring efficient system operations, troubleshooting issues, conducting repairs, and performing preventive maintenance. The role requires a dedication to customer satisfaction and compliance with safety and industry standards. Qualifications Strong skills in HVAC system Maintenance & Repair and Preventive MaintenanceProficiency in System Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectivelyAbility to ensure exceptional Customer Satisfaction through reliable service and communicationEPA certification or equivalent knowledge of environmental and safety standardsStrong commitment to teamwork and maintaining a safe work environmentPrior experience in HVAC installation and a valid driver’s licenseAbility to read and interpret technical specifications and manuals
